Southwest Medical acknowledges these are exceptional times and we are taking every precaution possible to ensure the wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers.

Currently the office is still open and operating as normal with heightened health & safety procedures and decontamination/cleaning preventative measures. Our service team are currently operating as scheduled unless directed otherwise. If you require a site visit you will be asked some questions related to your onsite COVID-19 precautions. Our engineers will adhere to all health & safety/hygiene requirements.

We are currently still accepting items for repair. Please ensure the equipment has been thoroughly decontaminated.

We are working closely with our supply chain to ensure continuity however there may be some delays with customer orders.

We continue to follow and implement the latest Government/NHS guidelines.
